The Beginning...

In a family of 10 children, music was always part of the Goodworth family. As we played instruments, most of us used family instruments and never owned our own. The desire to have our own instruments, and the story below led to the beginning of Goodworth Music.

Goodworth Music began when one brother purchased and repaired a flute. A good friend recognized the flute as identical to the flute she owned. She lit up with excitement as she explained, "One day as I was playing my flute, my father entered and proudly presented me with a paper. When I asked what it was, he shared that he had been making payments for six years and finally paid off my flute."

A vision was ignited:

Provide years of quality music... without years of payments.
